If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it. We dispatch fast — before 5pm usually means same-day — so the sooner the better. Once it has shipped, the returns route applies instead: unopened, sealed cans within 14 days.

Usually, yes. If the site says something is out of stock, it genuinely is — we don’t hide stock. We don’t offer back-in-stock notifications yet, so check back — restocks land regularly.

The United Kingdom only. We dispatch from a UK unit and deliver UK-wide at one flat rate, with no exclusions and no regional surcharges. You can order from anywhere and pay with a card issued anywhere, but the delivery address has to be in the UK.

Orders placed before our cut-off are dispatched the same working day, sent tracked. The cut-off is 5pm on working days; delivery then typically takes 1–3 working days (Royal Mail’s standard delivery aim).

UK delivery is £3.99 for orders under £40.00, and free for orders of £40.00 or more. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Unopened, sealed cans can be returned in line with our returns policy. Opened pouches can’t be resold for hygiene reasons, so those aren’t eligible. The window is 14 days from receiving your order.
