What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. Every can is £4.99— no fake “was” prices, no dark patterns. Buy more and Pick & Mix takes a volume discount off automatically, so the shelf price is the most you’ll pay per can.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before our cut-off are dispatched the same working day from our UK unit, sent tracked with Royal Mail. The cut-off is 5pm, and UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. We deliver to the UK only.
Can I return them?
Unopened, sealed cans can be returned in line with our returns policy. Opened pouches can’t be resold, so those aren’t eligible. The window is 14 days from receiving your order, from the UK or the US — email yo@pouchup.cofirst and we’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
How do I choose a strength?
Every product lists its strength in mg per pouch, and you can filter the shop by strength tier — mild, medium, strong or extra strong. If you’re new to pouches, start lower; you can always go up.
Are the reviews real?
We don’t have any yet, so we don’t show any. When we do, they’ll be from people who actually bought the thing. We’d rather show nothing than fake it.
Do I have to prove my age?
Yes. You must be 18 or over. Age is confirmed at checkout and couriers can ask for ID at the door. We’d rather lose a sale than sell to the wrong person.
Are these tobacco-free?
Yes — nicotine pouches contain no tobacco. They do contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. If you don’t already use nicotine, the honest advice is not to start.
